Wesley Safadão e Mileide Mihaile travam nova briga na Justiça envolvendo herdeiro

Wesley Safadão e Mileide Mihaile vivem em pé de guerra desde o fim do casamento. Testa vez, o cantor acusou a ex mulher de expor o filho do casal, Yhudy a um ambiente inapropriado para sua idade. Segundo a jornalista Fábia Oliveira do jornal O Dia, a denúncia foi feita na Delegacia de Combate à Exploração da Criança e do Adolescente.
O cantor afirma que em 2019, a influenciadora levou o herdeiro para uma festa de Halloween promovida por ela, não apropriada para a idade do pequeno. O documento diz que o local “se tornou uma ameaça à integridade moral e psíquica do menino”.
“Não era, de forma alguma, apropriado para crianças, pois, além de estar sendo oferecida bebida alcoólica, estava tocando músicas de cunho pejorativo e danças sensuais – restando claramente que era um lugar para maiores de 18 anos, e não para menores incapazes”, diz um trecho da denúncia.
A denúncia de Safadão também cita detalhes das fantasias de Yhudy e Mileide. As fantasias chegaram a gerar polêmica nas redes sociais após a influenciadoracompartilhar um vídeo em que ela e filho aparecem segurando armas de brinquedo.
O canto ressalva que não iria se opor à festa se ela respeitasse “limites razoáveis para uma festa direcionada a crianças”.
Até o momento, Mileide não se pronunciou sobre o caso.
