História de Chitãozinho & Xororó será contada em série com irmãos Simas

O clássico “Dois Filhos de Francisco” vai ganhar um concorrente à altura. Vem aí “As Aventuras de José e Durval”, uma série original de ficção da Globoplay inspirada na vida e nas canções de Chitãozinho & Xororó. A coprodução com a O2, dirigida por Hugo Prata, contará tudo sobre os intérpretes de “Evidências” e terá uma dupla de irmãos nos papéis principais.
Caberá a Rodrigo e Felipe Simas o protagonismo da produção. De acordo com a colunista Patrícia Kogut, do jornal O Globo, o namorado de Ágatha Moreira interpretará José (Chitão) e Felipe, Durval (Xororó).
Os atores trabalharam juntos recentemente em “Salve-se Quem Puder”, novela que antecedeu a reprise especial de “Pega Pega”, na faixa das 19h, na Globo. Na trama de Daniel Ortiz, seus personagens, Alejandro e Téo, disputaram o amor de Luna (Juliana Paiva).
Rodrigo Simas em breve contracenará também com seu outro irmão, Bruno Gissoni, na série “Rio Connection”, que tem Marina Ruy Barbosa num dos papéis principais. Na série, uma parceria entre e Globo e a Sony, os irmãos atuaram falando em inglês, o foi tranquilo para eles, que cresceram nos Estados Unidos e são fluentes. Marina interpreta uma mulher ligada ao tráfico de drogas. A atriz teve aulas de inglês para aprimorar o vocabulário.
A série “Rio Connection” é baseada na história real de uma quadrilha europeia que escolheu o Brasil como ponto estratégico de escoamento de heroína para os EUA, nos anos 1970.
