Advogado de Ludmilla processa a cantora e pede R$ 100 mil de indenização

O ex-advogado da cantora Ludmilla, Wanderlei Moreira da Costa, está pedindo quase R$ 100 mil de indenização à artista. Ele alega não ter sido pago por seus honorários, desde que começou a trabalhar com ela, em 2016.
Moreira foi o responsável por representar Ludmilla nos processos contra a socialite Val Marchiori e o apresentador Marcão do Povo. O advogado de 61 anos alega que, além de não ter recebido os honorários correspondentes a esses processos, também não foi pago pela prestação de serviços abaixo, que somariam quase cem mil reais:
Além disso, Wanderlei está tratando de um câncer atualmente. Os custos altos do tratamento também são citados na ação.
Ludmilla está passando uma temporada na Califórnia, com a esposa Brunna Gonçalves. De acordo com sua assessoria de imprensa, ela continua nos Estados Unidos.
À coluna, o atual advogado da cantora disse que medidas só serão tomadas quando a artista for notificada do processo. “Uma vez noticiado o ajuizamento da ação, aguardará eventual citação para adoção das medidas competentes, o que até o presente momento não ocorreu”.
